Flexibility and mobility

To develop all the conditional ability (strength, speed and stamina) primarily there is a perfect balance between muscle flexibility and joint mobility.

This is the prerequisite for all combat sports, including boxing.

A few words that make the idea, if you have a Ferrari with a 500 engine not going anywhere, the same is linked to our body if you don’t develop these bases will not ever the most of our strengths.

It makes sense to do a 100 kg Back Squat on our shoulders if we can’t get off 10 or not normally arrive in parallel? (dock line on the same axis of the knee).

Parallel

I don’t think so, but it is a joint or muscle problem? Blame the ankle joint or a retraction of muscles involved in running though my ROM (range of motion) is limited?

Good question, but the answer you can get it only by competent professionals and prepared (osteopaths, physiotherapists, etc.. etc.) in collaboration with coaches or personal trainers, certainly not watching movies on Youtube.

On a personal level I can tell you having experienced myself the effectiveness of an increased focus on these aspects leading to the improvement of the strength expression in how deadlift exercises (deadlift), bench (bench press) and squat (front and back) that specific training phase brought a positive transfer in my discipline.

I hope therefore that you have put a flea in her ear, I left out the explanation and scientific boring because the net you will find many topics about it.
