Yoga boxing: two philosophies (and training) that have a lot in common!

Boxing, yoga … What can possibly have in common? Well, first of all the passion. Passion for something that is good for the body and spirit. In addition, the strength is undoubtedly a key element in both these disciplines: internal strength and external force.
