Types of Yoga: Ananda or Krya Yoga

Yoga, if practiced well and followed up by a competent person, is good. The benefits of yoga are numerous both in terms of physical (balancing posture, strengthens the muscles, brain trainer resistance …) and on the inner plane (slackens stress, conquer a greater awareness, thanks to breath the mind quiets down …) But which type of yoga to choose? Depending on what you like, everyone will find the right yoga!

We start from the Ananda Yoga, also called Krya Yoga. Ananda was born in India with the Guru, Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the famous book autobiography of a Yogi. It was brought to the West by Swami Kriyananda and hence the origin of his middle name.

This is the type of yoga is ideal for those who, through this discipline, wishes to raise your spirit through a physical practice.

Ananda Yoga, in fact, go back a little bit to basics Hatha yoga asanas, which used to fortify the body and prepare it on a path to elevation of consciousness and mind.

A lesson in Krya yoga Ananda or generally takes place through a series of non-complicated positions that prepare the body for meditation through stimulation of subtle energy, prana. As in many yoga classes pranayama has a good part in the lesson: through breathing you learn about prana of the chakras, entering deep contact with yourself, promoting awareness and inner knowing.

What in other yoga classes is less is using phrases and statements that are meant to align and focus who does yoga is when does the asana statically whether the run dynamically.
